Avren Events offers a range of onsite promotional packages that will help to elevate your visibility to the captive audience at our events.

Below is a list of the promotional opportunities, any of which can be tailored to meet your business objectives whether they are to influence potential customers, reinforce existing contacts or boost your company's profile.



Water Bottle Sponsor

Water Bottles
Available to all attendees, water bottles branded by your company will be available throughout the exhibition and in the conference room. Keep the delegates refreshed and a great way to get exposure around the event!
  • Logo on all events marketing collateral:  HTML Shots, Brochure, Website Logo and 100 word Company Profile on the event website
  • Referenced to as Water Bottle Sponsor in all instances
  • Access to our ‘Wish List’ invite service and support from our marketing team to co-promote your company’s involvement in the event  
  • Logo on all event signage  
On site
  • Water bottles branded with your company logo will be placed in the conference room and on refreshment areas in the exhibition room  
  • 1 Delegate Pass
  • Opportunity to purchase additional passes at 20% discount

Lunch Sponsor

Each day of the conference will have Lunch BuffeLunch at Bath Spa Hotelt served in the exhibition hall. By becoming a Day One, Two or Three Lunch Sponsor, you will have the opportunity of making a short speech to all delegates during the lunch, network with them and raise your profile in front of the industry

  • Logo on all events marketing collateral:  HTML Shots, Brochure, Website
  • Logo and 100 word Company Profile on the event website
  • Referenced to as Lunch Sponsor in all instances
  • Access to our ‘Wish List’ invite service and support from our marketing team to co-promote your company’s involvement in the event  
  • Logo on all event signage  
On site   
  • A 5 minute speech to the delegates during Lunch by the sponsor's representative
  • Branded napkins to be placed in the Lunch room
  • Opportunity to place 2 pop-up banners in or around the Lunch room
  • Table top signage will be placed on the small tables  
  • Opportunity to display some marketing material/brochures on the small tables in the Lunch room
  • Chairman will announce your sponsorship of Lunch in the main conference room just before Lunch
  • Document Distribution to be placed as a seat drop
  • 1 Delegate Pass
  • Opportunity to purchase additional passes at 20% discount

Coffee BreakCoffee Break Sponsor

There will be 2 coffee breaks per day of the conference where the attendees will gather to have tea and coffee and take time to visit the exhibition and network with other delegates. This is the perfect opportunity to raise your profile in front of the industry.

  • Logo and 100 word Company Profile on the event website
  • Referenced to as Coffee Break Sponsor in all instances
  • Access to our ‘Wish List’ invite service and support from our marketing team to co-promote your company’s involvement in the event  
  • Logo on all event signage  

On site:   
  • Branded napkins to be placed in the refreshment area
  • Opportunity to place 2 pop-up banners in or around the refreshment area
  • Table top signage will be placed on the small tables  
  • Opportunity to display some marketing material/brochures on the small tables in the refreshment area
  • Additional Costs:  Coffee mugs branded with your company logo will be placed in the refreshment area for the attendees to take with them
  • Document Distribution to be placed as a seat drop
  • 1 Delegate Pass
  • Opportunity to purchase additional passes at 20% discount

Cost: $3500 per Day (two coffee breaks).
         $5000 including branded mugs
