Avren Events offer a range of sponsorship packages for our conferences tailored to best suit your needs and budget and all designed to maximise your presence in front of a targeted audience of senior decision makers.

We are dedicated to helping your company achieve maximum benefit from their investment, with a personal service rarely found in larger companies.

Below are the guidelines for our Gold, Platinum, Diamond sponsorship opportunities, any of which can be tailored to meet your business objectives whether they are to influence potential customers, reinforce existing ones or boost your company's profile.
 
  • Pre-Conference Promotion
    • You will have the opportunity to supply Avren Events with a wish list of clients that you would like to meet at the conference/exhibition. All named individuals will be invited to attend the event
    • Your corporate logo will be highlighted on the home page of the conference web site with a reciprocal hyperlink to your company web pages
    • You will feature in the pre-event publicity (newsletter, e-shots, press releases) expected to reach over 80,000 senior managers/engineers using targeted telecommunications lists
  • Promotion at the Conference
    • Includes Exhibition Stand
    • Includes 1 Free Delegate Pass
    • Complimentary quarter page advert in conference brochure
    • Your company will be featured in the conference programme, highlighting products and services offered by your organisation and detailing contacts for key people (up to 100 words plus logo).
    • Your corporate logo will appear prominently on the main conference signage
    • You may provide us with company literature that will be displayed at the conference
  • Post Conference Promotion
    • You will receive a copy of the conference delegate list to assist your company in new business generation

  • Pre-Conference Promotion
    • You will have the opportunity to supply Avren Events with a wish list of clients that you would like to meet at the conference/exhibition. All named individuals will be invited to attend the event

    • You will feature in the pre-event publicity (newsletter, e-shots, press releases) expected to reach over 80,000 senior managers/engineers using targeted telecommunications lists
  • Promotion at the Conference
    • Includes Exhibition Stand
    • You will receive 2 free delgate passes
    • You will have the option to sponsor one of the following:- Conference Lanyards, Conference Brochure, Coffee & Lunch Breaks (priorty given to Diamond Sponsors).
    • Complimentary half page advert in conference brochure
    • Your company will be featured in the conference programme, highlighting products and services offered by your organisation and detailing contacts for key people (up to 100 words plus logo).
    • Your corporate logo will appear prominently on the main conference signage
    • Up to 5MB of company collateral can be included on the Memory Stick given to all delegates
    • You may provide us with company literature that will be displayed at the conference
  • Post Conference Promotion
    • You will receive a copy of the conference delegate list to assist your company in new business generation

  • Pre-Conference Promotion
    • You will have the opportunity to supply Avren Events with a wish list of clients that you would like to meet at the conference/exhibition. All named individuals will be invited to attend the event.

    • You will feature in the pre-event publicity (newsletter, e-shots, press releases) expected to reach over 80,000 senior managers/engineers using targeted telecommunications lists
  • Promotion at the Conference
    • Includes Exhibition Stand
    • You will receive 3 free delegate passes .
    • Official sponsor of one of thee following:- Gala Dinner, Ice Breaker, Conference Lanyards, Conference Brochure, Coffee & Lunch Breaks.
    • Complimentary full page advert in conference brochure
    • Your company will be featured in the conference programme, highlighting products and services offered by your organisation and detailing contacts for key people (up to 100 words plus logo).
    • Your corporate logo will appear prominently on the main conference signage
    • Up to 5MB of company collateral can be included on the Memory Stick given to all delegates
    • Company logo on front page of conference brochure - identified as Diamond Sponsor.
    • You may provide us with company literature that will be displayed at the conference
  • Post Conference Promotion
    • You will receive a copy of the conference delegate list to assist your company in new business generation.
    • All delegates will be sent a post event thank you and presentation update to include your logo and link as Diamond Sponsors.

     * All conference passes include attendance at networking gala dinners and cocktail sessions

There will be many opportunities/facilities for discreet meetings with potential customers. Press meetings can also be arranged on your behalf as part of the sponsor package.
