Exhibiting Opportunities

With the number of stands strictly limited the exhibition is an integral part of the conference, with delegates visiting the exhibition during coffee, tea and lunch breaks, thereby giving your Company the best opportunity to be prominent.


Exhibition Package
  • Exhibitors will be allocated a 3m x 2m booth space , (suitable for pop-up stands), with table & 220V, 13A power supply.
  • All exhibitors will automatically receive a minimum of Gold Sponsorship status the details of which are listed below.
  •  Exhibitors will receive two complimentary exhibitor only passes.


Pre-Conference Promotion
  • You will have the opportunity to supply Avren Events with a wish list of clients you would like to meet at the conference/exhibition. All named individuals will be invited to attend the event
  • You corporate logo will be highlighted on the home page of the conference web site with a hyperlink to your company web pages
  • You will feature in the pre-event publicity (newsletter, e-shots, press releases) expected to reach over 80,000 senior managers/engineers using targeted wireless lists


Promotion at the Conference
  • Your company will be featured in the conference programme, highlighting products and services offered by your organisation and detailing contacts for key people.
  • Your corporate logo will appear prominently on the main conference signage
  • You may provide us with company literature which will be displayed at the conference


Post Conference Promotion
  • You will receive a copy of the conference delegate list to assist your company in new business generation

There will be many opportunities/facilities for discreet meetings with potential customers and we can arrange a table for dinner with your chosen clients. We can also set up press meetings for you as part of the sponsor package.
