Exhibition Package

• Exhibitors will be allocated 3m x 2m booth space, (suitable for pop-up stands), with a table & 110V power supply

• Exhibitors will receive two complimentary passes to enable them to man the booth (Please note - these passes do not allow entrance to the conference or evening drinks/dinner).

• All exhibitors will automatically receive Bronze Sponsorship status the details of which are listed below.

• You will have the opportunity to supply Avren Events with a wish list of clients that you would like to meet at the conference / exhibition. All named individuals will be invited to attend the event

• You corporate logo will be highlighted on the home page of the conference web site with a reciprocal hyperlink to your company web pages

• We will host up to 2MB of company collateral on our server (e.g. white papers, product literature, etc) for download by visitors to the web site

• You will feature in the pre-event publicity (newsletter, e-shots, press releases) expected to reach over 150,000 senior managers/engineers using targeted wireless lists

• Your 100 word company profile and logo will be featured in the conference showguide, highlighting products and services offered by your organisation and detailing contacts for key people
